Important

  • Skoora produces AI-assisted evaluations, scores, plans and prompts. They are structured hypotheses, not professional advice, market evidence or a guarantee of any outcome.
  • You keep ownership of your ideas. We only use them to run, secure and improve the service for you.
  • Credits are usage based. They do not expire while your account is open, have no cash value, and are non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
  • You must independently check anything you plan to act on. Decisions made after reading an evaluation are yours.

This summary is for orientation only. The full terms below are what actually apply.

01

Who we are and what you agree to

Skoora is operated by Telmate AI ApS, a company registered in Denmark under CVR number 46171578. In these terms, "Skoora", "we" and "us" mean Telmate AI ApS, and "you" means the person or business using the service.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and us. By creating an account, buying credits or using any part of Skoora, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Formal notices about these terms can be sent by email to support@telmate.ai.

02

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Skoora.

03

What the service does

Skoora is a decision workspace for startup ideas. Depending on what you request, the service can produce startup idea evaluations, discovered idea options, scores across commercial signals, structured reports, marketing, sales, finance and execution plans, recommendations, next steps, build-ready prompts and other AI-assisted output.

All of this output is generated from the information you provide and from general model knowledge. It is analytical support for your own judgement. It is not market evidence, and it is not a substitute for talking to real buyers.

We may add, change or remove features. Some features may be offered as beta or experimental and can be less reliable or withdrawn without notice.

04

Accounts and security

You need an account to use most of Skoora. You can sign in with Google authentication or with an email based method offered in the product.

  • Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
  • Keep your credentials confidential and do not let anyone else use your account.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, unless it results from our own failure.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

05

Your inputs and who owns what

You keep ownership of the ideas, descriptions, answers, documents and other material you submit to Skoora. We do not claim ownership of your inputs.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display your inputs and the resulting output, for the sole purposes of operating the service for you, keeping it secure, complying with law, and improving the reliability and quality of the service. This licence lasts only as long as we need it for those purposes.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit what you submit, and you agree not to submit:

  • content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or that you have no right to share,
  • special categories of personal data, such as health, biometric, political or similar sensitive data,
  • confidential information belonging to a third party, unless you are authorised to share it,
  • material designed to attack, overload or compromise the service.

06

AI-assisted output and its limits

Skoora uses AI models. This means the output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, internally inconsistent, or similar to output that a third party receives for a comparable prompt.

  • Output is not professional advice. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, accounting, medical, safety or other regulated advice.
  • We do not guarantee demand, funding, revenue, profitability, execution success, intellectual property clearance, freedom to operate, regulatory compliance or any other outcome.
  • A score of Build, Explore or Skip is a structured hypothesis, not a prediction and not a decision made for you.
  • You must independently check anything you intend to rely on, including facts, figures, market claims, names, legal questions and technical assumptions.

Decisions you take after reading Skoora output are your decisions and your responsibility.

07

Our intellectual property and your permitted use

Skoora, including its software, models configuration, prompts, evaluation framework, signal definitions, design, text, logos and brand, belongs to us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers that to you.

You may use the output you generate for your own personal purposes or for the internal business purposes of the organisation on whose behalf you use Skoora, including in pitch material and internal planning.

You must not:

  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code, prompts or model configuration of the service,
  • scrape, crawl or bulk extract content, or use automated means to access the service outside a documented interface,
  • attempt model extraction, distillation or reconstruction of our systems,
  • resell, sublicense or repackage the service as an automated or white labelled service for others,
  • circumvent credit limits, rate limits, paywalls or usage restrictions,
  • interfere with security features, test them without our written permission, or disrupt availability for others.

08

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Skoora to plan, support or produce:

  • illegal activity, fraud, deception or the evasion of sanctions or export controls,
  • harassment, hate, exploitation of minors, or content that endangers people,
  • weapons, explosives, illegal drugs or other clearly high-risk activity,
  • malware, phishing, spam or attacks against any system,
  • high-risk decision making about individuals, such as credit, employment, insurance, housing, education or health outcomes, where the output would be used as an automated basis for that decision.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action, including removing content or restricting access.

09

Credits, pricing and payments

Skoora is priced in credits rather than a subscription. Actions in the product, such as evaluating an idea or generating a plan, consume credits.

Payments for paid credits are processed by Stripe as our payment provider, and you need to accept Stripe's own terms for that payment. We do not store full card numbers.

  • Prices, applicable taxes, pack sizes and the credit cost of actions are shown before you buy and at checkout. The amount shown at checkout is the amount that applies to that purchase.
  • Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains open.
  • Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable between accounts.
  • Purchased credits are non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires a refund.
  • Free or promotional credits, including any signup grant, may carry different conditions, which we will disclose when we offer them.
  • We may change pricing, pack sizes and credit costs for the future. Changes do not alter the price of a purchase you have already made.

10

Referrals and affiliate programs

We may operate referral or affiliate programs. Participation is governed by the specific program terms published for that program, in addition to these terms.

  • Self-referrals, fake accounts, undisclosed incentives, misleading claims about Skoora, cookie stuffing, unauthorised paid search on our brand and similar manipulation are prohibited.
  • We may withhold, reduce or reverse commissions and credits linked to fraud, abuse, chargebacks, refunds or cancelled accounts.
  • We may change, pause or end a program, or a participant's involvement in it, with reasonable notice where practical.

11

Third-party services and links

Skoora relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, AI model access, email and payments, and the product may link to third-party sites or tools such as AI app builders.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their content or their terms. Your use of them is governed by their own agreements. If a provider changes or becomes unavailable, parts of Skoora may change or stop working.

12

Suspension, termination and deletion

You may stop using Skoora at any time. You can request deletion of your account and content from within the product where that option is available, or by emailing support@telmate.ai.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if your use creates a security, legal or operational risk. Where the situation allows it, we will give notice and a chance to fix the problem first.

When an account closes, unused credits lapse without a cash payment, unless mandatory law says otherwise or we agreed something else in writing. Your content is deleted or anonymised in line with our Privacy Policy, apart from records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

13

Changes, availability and security

We aim to keep Skoora available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider incidents, model changes and factors outside our control can affect availability and output quality.

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorised access will never occur.

14

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skoora is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

This section does not limit any warranty or guarantee that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including statutory rights of consumers.

15

Limitation of liability

If you use Skoora for business purposes, then to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost savings, lost data, loss of goodwill, wasted development time, or losses arising from a decision you made based on Skoora output.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and mandatory consumer rights.

16

Indemnity for business users

If you use Skoora for business purposes, you agree to cover our reasonable losses, costs and legal fees arising from third-party claims caused by your unlawful content, your infringement of someone else's rights, or your material misuse of the service in breach of these terms. This does not apply to the extent the claim results from our own breach or negligence, and it does not apply to consumers.

17

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law develop. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.

For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will give reasonable advance notice by email or in the product before they take effect. If you do not accept a material change, you can stop using the service and close your account.

18

General terms

  • Severability: if a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the provision is applied as far as it lawfully can be.
  • Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent. We may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale of the business, without reducing your rights.
  • Waiver: if we do not enforce a right immediately, we do not lose it.
  • Entire agreement: these terms, together with any program or purchase terms we publish, form the whole agreement about the service.
  • Force majeure: neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as infrastructure or provider outages, natural events, war, or state action.
